Split ac damper setup for 2 rooms

I'm considering building a damper setup for a 5 ton split ac for 2 separate rooms. Excel sells this but I think I can build it.
Has anyone done it and would happen to know the parts needed and any tips?

theductshop.com has a lot of parts which you may be able to find for a DIY version.

Forget excelair, expensive. Are you from Canada, in Vancouver there is rsl.ca. They have lots of motorized dampers, also www.eccosupply.ca in Langley has a kickass supply of ducting, elbows, Ts, dampers, etc. Get a good jigsaw to do the round cutouts. I will post some pics later and a wiring diagram controlling the dampers.

Thanks hvacguy, really appreciate the help. I am in Ontario. I wasn't sure how to connect all 4 dampers to a controller and what thermostat to use in each of the 2 rooms to make it all work.
