spiraling leaves

hey all, so i have a problem with my new growth spiraling(and looking kinda crispy/rough) and some taco-ing all around.. i have 6 girls in a roughly 50/50 mix of ffof and happy frog with castings lime and perlite in there too sill in veg...my watering ph is always around 6.5 6.7 so i was wondering if perhaps the mix is just too hot or ???? Did notice that they perhaps need more mag but couldnt find anything about spiraling in Stitch's guide. help, please..thanks

Strain of Mj?
Hydroponic or soil?
From seed or clone?
Age of plant in question?
What stage (Veg/Flower; how many days into)?
Medium (Soil, Rockwool, Hydroton etc.)?
Container/Pot size?
Have they been transplanted, if so how long ago?
If soil, composition ratios (peat moss, perilite, vermiculite etc.)?
Water runoff Ph?
Nutrients added?
Ratios of nutrients (N% P% K%)?
Feeding schedule?
When were they last fed/watered?
How are you determining when to feed/water (weight, wilting, etc.)?
TDS/EC/PPM?
Tap/RO/Distilled water?
Ph before and after adding nutrients?
Is your Ph equipment properly calibrated?
Light intensity/Age of bulb/Wattage?
Distance to the canopy?
Temps at canopy?
Temps at root zone or reservoir?
Day/Night temps (Min.-Max.)?
Current air flow (CFM)?
Is there air blowing directly onto plant?
Using CO2?
Relative humidity?
Growing technique (Scrog, Sog, Supercropping etc.)?
Has plant recently been pruned, clones taken, fimmed or pinched?
Pests?
Chemicals used to irradicate?
If so,When?

sorry yall..first off, i have no pics. the strain i am not sure of though it is an indica. the guy i got em from had em in what im sure was a better mix but not sure what exactly. As for the rest, here goes

Hydroponic or soil?soil
From seed or clone?clone
Age of plant in question?when i got them the cuts were probably 4 mos and had been kept at the edge of my buddys space.
What stage (Veg/Flower; how many days into)? veg
Medium (Soil, Rockwool, Hydroton etc.)?soil
Container/Pot size?1 gallon
Have they been transplanted, if so how long ago?within last week
If soil, composition ratios (peat moss, perilite, vermiculite etc.)?
Water runoff Ph?
Nutrients added?pbp grow
Ratios of nutrients (N% P% K%)?
Feeding schedule?only fed once so far
When were they last fed/watered?4 day ago
How are you determining when to feed/water (weight, wilting, etc.)?weight
TDS/EC/PPM?260
Tap/RO/Distilled water?tap allowed to rest overnight
Ph before and after adding nutrients?7.4,
Is your Ph equipment properly calibrated?yes
Light intensity/Age of bulb/Wattage? 200w t5
Distance to the canopy?close
Temps at canopy?
Temps at root zone or reservoir?
Day/Night temps (Min.-Max.)?
Current air flow (CFM)?
Is there air blowing directly onto plant? yes
Using CO2? no
Relative humidity?pretty low
Growing technique (Scrog, Sog, Supercropping etc.)?
Has plant recently been pruned, clones taken, fimmed or pinched?the worst plant was hst'd, others topped and pruned
So theres some more...sorry guys but sometimes it takes filling out a form like this to realize how little you are actually paying attention. Peace

Have you tested soil ph? How much lime did you add? Spiral new growth suggests micronutrient problems. This could be from a high ph limiting uptake.

How to test soil ph: After watering/ferting well, wait 30 minutes. Apply a small amount of distilled water to the pot surface till 1 or 2 ounces of runoff occurs. Test this ph. If after watering/ferting and waiting 30 minutes you can tilt the pot and get some liquid out, you can use that instead.

Turn the fan down and raise the humidity. First you said PH was 6.5 to 6.7. Then in the form you said something about 7.4. Which is it? One thing that will twist a leaf is improper PH. The crisp could be from the fan blowing to hard directly on the plant and the low humidity. When the leaves cup up like that it is often transpiration issues. That fan and the low humidity can also cause that as well.

well the 7.4 is what my water settles at out of the tap and 6.5 is what i ph'd it to. As for the humidity tips, thanks. i i should raise it. the amount of lime i added was a tbspn for this transplant into the 1 galllons. Runoff ph:Havent had a chance to check it yet(i know i know). Would anyone suggest that i give them a small amount of ej microblast ? Thanks guys, got to run but will try to get better figures when i get back.
