spiders on my plants

So i just went and checked on my plants and i noticed that there were these small spiders on some of my plants and webbing on all of them. Should I get rid of the spiders? Here is a pic of the biggest of the spiders. (on the right side edge of the cup). That one is clear looking and the other I see easily is a scared black one. Also, one of the plants had some semi-dense webbing on it. Spidermites?

edit: just noticed the second catapiller ON the same plant that the other one was on

i think thats to big for a mite...

yeah, i was just wondering if i should let the spiders chill there

I have a different plant that had the semi-dense webbing on it, but the camera isn't that good... i just got rid of the webbing.

spidermites are tiny tiny creatures about the size of a pinhead......looks like a regular
spider is posting up to defend your little plant against herbivorous insects would be
my guess.....

now what about this caterpillar? http://www.whatsthiscaterpillar.co.uk/

:ying: kind regards from guineapig :ying:

thanks guineapig... guess I'll just be leaving the spiders there.

already got rid of the catepillar. too small to tell which one it was exactly, but it was eating my leaves, so that couldn't be good. sneaky bugger

hey I also found a catepillar of some sorts on the wall in my moms growspace.... pretty weird thing. grey and almost like a millipede... outside now doing what those things do no doubt... its a sign that the space is healthy if something wants to chow down I guess....... :chin:
