i have a plant infested with mites. actually many plants but just this one has these tiny red spots on it. i initially thought it may be another bug, maybe one who was going save my grow by eating all the mites. it's hard to see with my camera or a 10x loupe. what do you think?

this plant is about 6 weeks of flowering and i've tried neem oil, zero tolerance(smell is nice but disappointing), and soap at mild dosages. not working. they absolutly love these c99 crosses and i was gone for a few weeks and they got very established. some plants are not showing much damage and have them.

i'm at population control now cause it's too out of hand and i've got some plants later along that are close to harvest. im not comfortable soaking my plants in these products in late flower.

also.....i have 2 types of mites, orange ones and traditional black, grey ones. different shape. thought one might be thrips but i have empty blue stickys and spinosad,, nothing is flying around. anybody else have orange mites???

going to try avid or floramite. that shit's about $250 for a quart but if it works, it's literally worth it. how much for avid

There are different types of spider mites and ,yes, some are red. The most common is the 2-spotted mite seen here^^

The large red bugs in your pics look too big to be spider mites. If you can catch one and smear it on a piece of white paper, that will give you a pretty good idea of what they're eating. If they're eating your plants, they'll leave a green streak.

I was able to save them.. It was Snowcap and another unknow strain... It was fucking gross. Trimming was gross as heck!! OMG it just makes my skin crawl... They came dirty and NOW I'll dip babies EVERYTIME to prevent that again. OMG.. yeah now my Mothers have them a lil.. the pest strips are working I can tell.. I have azatrol and avid.. I'm scared to use the avid.. I'm just waitig for a few days to see if it get worse.. Those dang creeps invade in just a few days... GOOD luck to everyone who is dealing the MITES..

Avid is sold on the DL if you can find it.. a friend hooked me up on 7ml...
