Spider Mites at Harvest what can i do??

Hello all, so it's harvest time and I have spider mites, I have been using neem oil to keep them under control but the last 2.5 weeks i didn't spray them with any neem oil coz i didn't want to ruin the flavor of the buds. That has caused the spider mites to get infested, i have a few buds that have webs. I'm on week 8 of flowering and the girls are ready for harvest. My plan is to harvest and remove as many of the spider mites and webbing as possible by hand and vacuum, then wash the buds in lemon water, then H202 bath, then regular water.. then hang them to dry.

What else can I do to get the spider mites out of the finished product?

Ouch, mites at harvest time are not fun. In the future I recommend skipping the neem oil. Oils are never something you want to use in flower, and insecticidal soap washes off much easier. I suggest reading up on mites for a while, so you can eliminate them before your next run. :)

Vacuum will help, the washing will remove a lot while also altering the flowers a bit. You'll lose some terpenes, but if the webbing and mite feces are that bad it'll help a lot.

when you cut down your plants.. hang the upside down and the spider mites will crawl up the stem.

I've burned off the webs before ( before the plant dries) the webs will go up in a flash, the bud doesn't get burned. (I don't know if it burns off terpenes or anything else) but they will crawl up the stem to get to the top. maybe someone else will chime in with more info.

A shop vac will get the majority with a few snap crackle and pops left over.I don't know if the washing of buds helps get any more off the buds than the shop vac as i've never dealt with a bad outbreak. Is what it is at this point.I myself would have more concern on cleaning the grow and surrounding areas at this point.
