Spec'ing LED's for Indoor VEG - Warm vs. Cool White

Sorry about the Double Post.

I'm looking at 2 different LED's for lighting a veg. area.

These are 'raw' LED's, packaged like semiconductors.

10 watts each. I have to provide the power supply etc. :woohoo:

"Warm White" - Luminous flux: 800Lm, Color temperature: Warmish White 5500-6500K

"Cool" White - Luminous flux: 850Lm, Color temperature: Cool White 20,000K

I guess the difference is mainly Color Temperature.

What's better for growing plants indoors - Color Temp 6000K, or Color Temp 20,000K ?

Found these links -

"Metal Halide bulbs go up to 20,000K (commonly used in aquariums) providing the bluest light."

" Here’s a hint, people who grow things that need actual daylight (indoor gardeners and reef aquarium keepers) use lamps at a minimum of 6,700K and all the way up to 20,000K . And, I just prefer cooler light… again that may be just living in central Texas."
