hey bud Ive read loads im not new to growing i just keep running into problems and to be honest i find it hard to know what problem or deficiency i have and ive read and watched loads thats why im hear as any experienced grower worth there salt can tell from looking at the leaves as the symptoms are the same no matter what medium. medium only need to be known on helping fix the the issues etc or what caused it i just need to know whats wrong and i can then form my approach to fixing it .

Prob due to being in tiny cups is all. Happens to me when the plats get root bound....
cherrs for your replys guys i no longer ph my water for soil as i was advised by canna the makers of the soil i use and a hydroponic chain/shop that the soil has enough lime for the whole grow also that the acid in ph up/ down will kill off my micro bio's of my soil.
i of course checked this i rang the hydro/chain and the cann terra surpport line and thery all said the same here is the link.

as for my nutes i use canna terra vega and flores for bloom
when they where in soil cups i gave one feed after the 2 weeks of nutes that come in the soil was used up i feed them with a EC of 1.0
i transplanted just to be on the safe side a few days later as the soil comes with a pre charge EC of 1.0.
as for watering i tend to do plain water then water feed i was advised not to use my ro water and to go back to tap for soil etc my background ppm is 380 as for when i would water when its dry up to my second knuckle.

Nothing to worry about,,as others have posted just ease up on the water and let them get comfortable in there new home [pro-mix] ,,
just water only and not too much,,,,
in another two weeks they will be looking great,,,,,s2
hey bud where I'm from only 2 soil/potting mixes you can buy thats canna terra profession/ canna terra professional plus or biobizz light or all mix we don't have anything that has a full cycle worth of nutes mixed in with the soil.
pretty stout looking lil plants ,look pretty much healthy

hey mygrass,, just to clarify i meant to give water only for the next couple of weeks,,,,i always use all mix or canna pro mix and never feed until 2-3 week of bloom,,,,
i only ever start to feed bio veg etc in the first two weeks of bloom and then small amounts only before switching over to bio bloom/flores,,,
you may be very suprised,,how little of the feed you need to use,,,
less is more imho,,plants will tell ya if they need more food,,,
just ease up on the watering and it will be fine,,
below are pics of my latest run in room1,,these plants are in bio bizz all mix and at the time were getting water only,,

hey bud , so yr saying the pre charge EC of 1.0 will last nearly your full grow as i've been advised that it will last 2 weeks and my girls have got nine weeks in veg still ive never brough bio all mix it was my understanding that neither has enough nutes for a full grow?
p.s do u ph your water etc
very nice pics i would be a liar if i said i wasnt jelous lol, i think from what you said you only veg for a few weeks i plan to veg for nice thr flower room is in use lol i dont grow that much just for me etc thanks for all your help on here guys
No buddy,,i mean that i dont add food until the first week of bloom,,,i use bio veg/vega for a couple of weeks or so them i start feeding with bio bloom/flores and add green sensation to the feed and folier spray with canna boost accelarator and around week 8 of bloom then water only until cut-down,,,,
with vegging your plants for a long period,you will require bio veg food ,,,
all mix and pro-mix will need feed,,,
i rarely ph anymore,,,,,,,
