most cannabis tolerant areas--- basque country area and cataluña (barcelona). Granada is very tolerant.
Clima is nice in all peninsula,... better more south you go, for outdoor... nicer place for sure canary islands.
Is not legal to plant, is not legal to consume outdoors... but is legal to consume in private places... ( your home, private society, marihuana clubs- there are in most of all states)
U can find whatever u want, nice mountains, beaches, nightlife,,, really good food, and nice weed if u know where to find

Looking for info on finding seeds in Barcelona Spain and Lisbon Portugal. Traveling to both in the near future. Hoping to build a nice seed collection for a future garden adventure. Names of stores or seedbanks with a good rep would be a huge help.
