If you're doing a full on sog, I'd recomend 2g or smaller so you can pack more plants per/sq'ft, just flower rooted clones...
I was so looking forward to a thread about outer space with astronauts and the moon and stuff..........

How long are you vegging for, what's your growing medium, and what's the flower time like on your SLH?
Only asking because a SOG could mean a sea of small colas flowering from rooted clone, or it could be stretched to mean a sea of huge colas coming from plants vegged for 1.5 months then lollypopped like crazy.
Your SB probably won't need quite as much root space as the SLH given equal vegging times and stuff, just bc, IMO, it doesn't stretch much at all after flip. If you want to achieve even canopies with mixed plants, you might think about starting the SB a few weeks before the SLH to help even them out just a little.
