Everyone likes the african genes like Malawi Gold!!
What they calling that bud?
Lg

Blessed. Thanks for the love everybody. I new to this and like Ive seen on the post "things Ive learned from icmag" there just too many styles/ways/mechanisms to grow.. i prefer the SUMO styles, all natural, but i like indica more than sativa (i grew up on sativa) am 26 now, anyway, the strains in the pictures are Swazi gold, Cape Town greenhouse cheese (this is such a sweet strain, seeds are rare, but cuttings are around in cape town if you know the right people, there's a story about a cancer patient that's been helped by it) Tranksei (normal swazi) the little plants are outdoor south african train-wreck (probably an ordered seed that ended giving males) the other is afghan (a gift from a friend who was a chef in Afghanistan for the U.N) The little head am holding is a strain called Angolan Posion, native angolian sativa (really low quality, but when you grow it with some biobizz) its EXCELLENT stuff. nway.. thanks for the love guys. Ive only ever grown 2 plants in life and it wasn't indoors, Ive joined this site to make friends to get some networking for seeds and equipment to grow, and lastly some experienced KNOW HOW. The Ras in my picture is from a village called Marcus Garvey, in Cape Town.. Ask somebody :dance013: bout that place...google it. Blessed love to all, really positive from you guys. I like that. my first post was against the forum rules because i asked for seeds and gave my name, so got some negative feedback's. So decided to introduce myself and wer am from, SouthERN Africa. not south africa, i live between Namibia, and South africa, occasionally i head to angola.

GIVE THANKS

Wow, those are some blurry photo's of bushweed lol. Funny I live in Africa too and only see local genes once or twice a year, culture is definitely developing rapidly!
Cape Town greenhouse cheese
Please elaborate, do you mean from GHS or grown in a greenhouse?

Sorry mate, pics taken with a very cheap phone. I mean grown in a greenhouse not from GHS..

Enjoy your non local genes. I see local genes from end may till end sept all year.
Try hanging with non academic inclined growers. There's much more than the marketed culture.

Give thanks

Well, i stand to be corrected but it would be like:
landstrains would be between 5-10 gram USS
and indoor sativas or indicas will be 10-15USS per gram.

I buy in bulk and usually have someone grow for me, and he takes half to do what he likes and i take half to do the righteous deeds :).... we go halfies on flowering and blooming products, he holds electricity, water and the risk bill. Works for me since hes old man is connected. Not sure whats prices in South Africa now.

ooks good.what would prices be like? not lookin to buy just wonderin about the market over there. anyway, smoke on!
South Africa:
Outdoor landraces are pricy-ish in urban areas, about US$10-15 for about 10 grams. Go into the traditional growing regions and paying $50-150 for a KG is far from unheard of.
Outdoor strains (non-local) go from between $2-8 per gram, gives you an idea why that's what the broke masses are leaning towards growing..
Indoor ranges from $7-150 for top shelf material depending who you know.
Bubble, drysift and oil range from $10-20 per gram.

Those prices are on the somehow quiet accurate, seeing that back in 2009, they were about 50% less than that.. Popularity has grown over the years in south africa. Rapidly.

Reading this again,
