Souther California nats?

Have noticed lots of little nats all over my house last month or so and other people are having this same problem that arent growing think it might be from all the unusual rain we had this winter...sprouted some seeds last friday and already having an issue indoors sprouts are ment to be put out first week of may never had issues with nats in the past...when is too soon to take systemic measures? Anyone else having a problem with these?

More than likely you are dealing with fungus gnats. They thrive in moist conditions. Systemic pesticides are not needed for control. Control of Fungus Gnats

A simple soap spray will kill adults on contact. Mosquito Dunks or Mosquito Bits contain Bacillus thuringiensis var. israelensis which will kill larvae in the organic matter. When dry weather returns the gnats will diminish.

Thanks for the reply , went from cold af to hot af last week and havent had problem with them indoors since..noticed a big ass spider doing work in the seedling area to finish up the scraps. My car bumper was completely covered in these shmucks too so must of been just a bad local spawn
