Anyone know anything about the scene in South Korea? Thinking about taking a job over there in the next 12 months and was hoping to be able to grab some local seeds and maybe take a trip to northern China or India. Just wondering if anyone has experience with this area of the world.

Lolz. Yea hopefully it will be a great adventure. That is how I try to live my life, one great adventure after another.

I have friends in Korea.. they are teaching. Not sure if its north or south but they absolutely love it. He went there single and has actually got married to a local vixen after only a year.

Think you should definitely give it a go!! all the best :)

Nice. It would definitely be South Korea since North Korea has a habit of arresting Americans on espionage charges... lol.

my girlfriends family is from seoul....she said its pretty high paced and technological over there...very similar to japan. asia has pretty strict weed laws...which makes pot very expensive...from japan to china to korea..herbs are worth around 40-50 a gram on the street. if you can yield a couple zones out of a small closet grow you can easily pay your travel expenses...

I lived there for 1.5 years, traveled and explored quite a bit. I could take you through Seoul and show you all the hot spots :) Honestly I LOVED the place, and the feeling in my stomach when I wake up from a dream when I am back there is a serious type of "damn I miss that place" feeling.

Scene as far as weed goes, my only offer outside the "Noise basement" (best hip hop club in Seoul) was 85 a gram, and I never seen the quality or nothing, but I bet it wasn't mexi brick shit! The drug laws there are "Game Over", as far as police there go they are like little anime cartoons with great big smiles.

The city never sleeps, I could ride public transportation with as many deuce deuces as I could hold in my arms, with a small white albino dude in a superman costume at 11am. I would hit the clubs at 5pm, and leave the next afternoon. People treated me very well, but some of the younger crowd do carry a resentment, they want us out of their country.

I learned the laungage enough to get food, water, and pussy. Don't eat the kagolgi (spelling) unless you into dog meat. Seoul is the second biggest city in the world, 17-22 million or something insane like that. They have outback steakhouse, kfc, all your normal shit.

A fifth of Jack daniels was $150 when I was there. Steer clear of any areas that you see alot of russians in, its the mob. A nice import cost you 100% tax there, so a Mercedes is twice as much. 2 million cars over there street/parking limit, highest accident rate last I knew. Public transportation is awesome, cheap as hell to cruise everywhere.

Old ladies will straight up linebacker you over there, you will see HAHA. Also they are not like Americans, assuming your American. They don't have a sense of personal space, so if your closterphobic, I hope your tall.

I gurantee you will have fun!
