I had a problem with the SD 2.5 pack or what ever it was, nothing popped. So I PM'd Rez, he said I've just finished the IBL and will leave a pack at seed boutique Amsterdam. Great I'm in the UK, but luck would have it I was going over with 2 friends. Went in the shop said "I am Cloneman" and the girl gave me the SD IBL beans.
Grew them out and got 4 fems very similar, smelt really fuel-ly, but the taste was sublime like butter scotch. Problem was they were all so short lived buzz wise, smoke some then you had to smoke more and so on. Bye bye to them.
Fast forward I grew out Karma"s Sowahh, blah blah blah, anyway smoked it, its the bloody same > short lived
I do love his Headbanger though

Fuck Rez, instead support my friend Stoney917 (@stonefarmsnextracts) and his lastest great projects with a male found in Sour D IBL 07' from Rez . 2007 was the best Sour D release Ratdog ever made...

Stoney is doing those releases for a good cause which is supporting Joesy Wales widow having issues with The Glue brand.

Some of these crazy hybrids he's auctioning include TX Shoreline x Sour D 07' or UW (Purple Indica) x Sour D amongst others...

Yes! Support @stoney917 instead imo.

I did not know Res has new work. Guess I should of updated myself a bit before my last post.

I guess when someone rats, I expect them to disappear and be forgotten about , not come back in a flashy outfit and fireworks and get a warm welcome with people hunting his seeds.

with the sour d cut spread far and wide, there is no more exclusivity...........the days or rez seeds where the days when the real sour d cut was pretty hard to come by ...............there are several s1's and worked sour d lines on the market ...very reasonably priced ....simply type 'sour diesel' into one of the large seed sites ........enough sour to make your eyes water

While this is true, very few lines are close to the original. Deep Space Creations Chem de La Chem is another Sour D line I would recommend.
As there are a ton of Sour D lines out there these daze, I rarely seed any with the fat calyxes and foxtails or the pink pistils the Sours of yesteryear.

These arenā€™t my photos but are some Sours Iā€™ve found on icmag that look similar to the Sour I remember, though none look exactly like the ECSD and are prob outcrosses or backcrosses. Nonetheless, they have that look that is harder to find today. Just like with Widow everything in the late 90s and early 00s, people were Sour crazy in the mid to late 00s, much like the Cookie fad of the mid teens. Unlike back then, so many more people are breeding and lines have become more and more dominated and homogeneous with the hype strains of the week while culling the hot clone onlyā€™s of yesteryear and then, BAM, some are lost forever. The cookie Dosi gelato sherb cake fad breathe fad really did a number on the gene pool and Iā€™m just hoping landrace and heirloom varietals get injected more and worked so we all get back to having new really interesting wild stuff.
Iā€™ve been on a soap box about all this lately butā€¦ i just hope new lines and old ones arenā€™t taken for granted as I see a lot of the strains today boxing us in more and more with homogeneous traits (not that all of these traits arenā€™t fire, but I believe lines selected and bred over many generations has the potential to be super dank)

hi, I'm looking for SOUR DIESEL IBL seeds from reservoir seeds on a regular seeds, if you know or have let me know thank you in advance šŸ˜€šŸ˜€šŸ˜€

We had these Alpha Diesels from rezdog and got some herms... he said it was his best SD IBL

Alpha Diesel is a mostly sativa variety from Reservoir Seeds and can be cultivated indoors (where the plants will need a flowering time of Ā±83 days) and outdoors. Reservoir Seeds' Alpha Diesel is a THC dominant variety and is/was never available as feminized seeds.

Flowering Time: 75-90 days
Stature: many tops
Yield: decent
Odor: hashy lemony skunky and rancid all in one
Taste: hashy lemony smooth (full flavor)
Buzz: great heady buzz introspective but very relaxing at the same time

Grow Info: hearty vigorous growing plant. starts slow and gains momentum later on. very sensitive to stress will throw a nanner if stressed. Will stretch to 3x in flower. Starts tric production early. and never stops. very frosty. All in all a great strain. found 2 differernt phenos a stretchier more sativa foxtail pheno and a denser more indica pheno..... both have that great flavor but its stronger in the sativa pheno

Classic seeds crossed rez alpha diesel w chem 91(alpha dog) i grew 4 females 2 hermed. 1s that didnt herm were real nice.. but too much hassle to fight herms

Your not gonna find any love for rez here. There is no seed stock left from rez to be had.. The closes you will find is from Karma.. He used Rez SD to make his SD line.

šŸ˜‚ thinking because something says sour diesel in a seed site and it being readily available is hilarious

Look fire. Thanks for sharing. Those emerald green leaves and pink pistils are tell tale Sour

This thread got me in the mood to pop some Diesel x Sakura I made a few years back. May just run em outside for the fall/winter season down here.

Yā€™all have encouraged me to check the viability of some seeds I made about 5 years back. Crossed a ā€œNew York City Dieselā€ with a fire Sakura male.

Sakura is by Bodhi and is-
Bubba Kush x Wookie #15
Wookie is -
Big buddyā€™s Lavender x Appalachia
Appalachia is
Green Crack x Tres Dawg

I initially was hoping the NYCD was Somas (which isnā€™t even a Diesel but instead a strain thatā€™s very Grapefruit. I once had a pheno that faded dark maroon. Iā€™d assume the GF is from the Afghani/Hawaiian parent indicated by Soma.
Instead, it was a true Diesel. I believe it was JJ NYCā€™s. She grew super tall and I had her in the corner of the room unfortunately. But she was definitely Diesel with dark emerald green leaves on buds after drying. The F1s should be fun! The seeds all were kinda small and almost immature looking but when I did a germ test this weekā€¦ they popped! And happily!

Luckily i have a few packs worth so Iā€™ll def be doing some F2ing if I find good parents. Maybe even some outcrosses with something like a headband x 88G13:HP or a Chem 91 x 88G13/HP.

We shall see!

Nonetheless, these lil seedlings may just be a fun late season outdoor run.

Will keep yā€™all posted!
