I have 7 sour 60's 10 days old. Soil is composed of fafard f15, lime and miracle grow perlite. They are veging indoors right now in 3/4g pots under 115w of mixed cfl 4500-5500k. I will be preping them for trans plant with a alfafa meal tea, some N in it. Then outdoors at day 19-22 in 2 gallon pots with a richer soil and fox farms tiger bloom. Any info on the tiger bloom is greatly appreciated. Good luck on a great 2011 season evryone.:comfort: lloy

ok going good now replanted the casualty been feeding with tiger bloom 2 tsp per gallon 5 females 1 f1 4 f2 from 14"-19" very healthy and some nice branching. 2 males 1 f2 and 1 f1. f2 stinks skunky backcrossing with f1 female, f1 male backcrossing with f2 female. That will give me 5 diffrent sour 60 incrosses enough diversity to make my s1 female seeds. My pack was mostly indica tall pheno. Any other great auto plants i can get at seed boo i am looking for somthing a little more mold resistant?

Hello lloy

I also use fafard potting soil , but i use 3b and 2b

IMO i wouldn't try BS outside if ur in a hot humid area..Its the only AF i have had mold OD..

I have ran a few Sour's OD..same average as u 15 g per plant..But in 4x4 plots..16 fem's each spot

Bluestreak is a nice all around indoor auto for me ive had BS plants with 15-90 grams..Im running a few now...

12 days old 9" tall all showing sex:tiphat:

Hope this helps..check my thread for a few OD auto's if u wanna

Got any pics of the S60?

forgot to add new soil mix for the 2 gallon container. 4 parts f 15, 2 parts quality composted cow manure, 1 part perlite, some vermiculite, sillica, lime , and a touch of alfalfa meal. Plants are starting to frost up nice.

Ran both S60 and BS outdoors last year. Miracle grow potting soil. MG 'nutes (had a few critters come digging when I used AK fish fertilizer, EVEN WITH cages)

Got raped by mold with about 2-3 weeks left in flower. Couldn't really salvage anything.

Since AFs grow low to the ground, just be sure you plant in an area that gets some airflow, i.e. the edge of a field. Otherwise, after a heavy rain the moisture just tends to collect near the ground and facilitates mold growth. Last year, in my area, we got a few days of heavy rain and my plot just went to hell. If there's no airflow going through there, the plants just cannot dry out, and autos are not particularly mold resistant.

You are absolutely right. june is a fairly dry month by me. I have found elevating them slightly works wonders. I am planning on acclimatiseing one group over the next 4 years. Another group i will be crossing with SGS sativa leaning pheno's to help with the mold.

Well said. Another note is bud sites on the lower branches tend to get filthy because they are soo low to the ground, & rain will kick up dirt.
