Sound Proof Wall Fan hanging

Getting finished with a sealed 12k build, have been running another sealed room where the wall fans are definitely the noisiest/most heat score part of the build...and want to overcome that for this build.

Im looking for some ideas of how to mount the wall fans and not have the whole wall shaking/vibrating as a result. I'm assuming someone's been there and done that.

Years ago I remember using a piece of neoprene between the mounting bracket of my fan and the wall, but it helps to have quality fans with balanced blades. That will eliminate wobble, which is where most of the vibration comes from. If you have plastic blades, take one off and try to balance it on a nail pounded through a board, if it flops to one side, shave a little plastic off until it balances on the nail.
