It looks as if i might have hit the stalk pretty good with my wand when watering. It looks kinda rotten/mildewy patch where it must have gotten hit. This morning i found ants crawling on it. Is there anything i can rub it down with? and would i have to do it daily? Rubbing alcohol maybe? Or dish soap? Its one of the better looking plants in the garden, just kinda worried is all. Or maybe tape it? idk Thanks

Put Diatomaceous Earth on the patch to deter ants. Otherwise I would leave it alone and let it dry out. Hopefully this isn't a sign of some more significant fungal/systemic issues.

Got a picture?

Sounds similar to hemp canker, but that's not usually from "hitting it with a wand" lol.

I'm suggesting you get some hydrogen peroxide and put it in a spray bottle and just spray the spot in the.mornings for a few days in a row. If you have 3% hydrogen peroxide you can use that straight up. If you have the 35% heavy duty stuff (which can burn skin off) then just 2 tablespoons spoon per gallon of h20
