Something's WRONG!?! A byproduct of overwatering or over nutes???

HELLLP please, 1st grow & I'm worried....

My babies are an unknown BAGSEED and have been growing from seed for a current day count of DAY 18!
I am growing under 6x 25W 6500k CFL's in my custom box, http://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=76571.

Plenty of air moving, so I was thinking maybe my watering was due to the sickness or maybe my nute-ing...

Two days ago I started using FF Grow Big, every other watering, but I think that in my watering can I may have diluted too much....

& Yesterday morning I noticed not only yellowing on ONE of the plants... BUT ALSO little browning/decolorizing spots that are obviously not normal...

PLESSE HELP! I have nooo clue at all what I have done, or what CAN be done...

Do i need to just flush?>>>>
How much should I be watering?>>>>

Slow down.
Your over doing it.
Stop the nutes....flush, let stand untill almost dry.
Your 1st 2 weeks you shouldn't need to FEED the plant. If you do, use a very dulute feeding.
These are fine.. just stop dinking around with em.

This stage of growth is the hardest to judge for watering.
But I let it dry fairly well.
But don't just dump water in those cups and soak the dirt.
Just use whats needed for that plant... so only water untill you get the root zone.
You don't want to see water come out of the holes in the cups yet... thats too much water at THIS Stage.

try every 3 to 4 days... if its a little heavy yet wait a day..
LIFT POT...
After you water lift the pot and feel hw heavy it is... then after day then 2 days and 3 so forth untill you know how light a pot is before you need to water.

TIME is the best teacher.

Mahalo! Thank you!
At least I got help before something horrible went wrong!

So I will be taking your watering scheme, and making it my own :) Cruising around the three or four day watering schedule sounds PERFECT.

What about nutes? I'm guessing that I am awhile away from even remotely needing them, so when abouts should I start (a week? a couple of wks?) & Now I am just nervous, well more timid than anything and not wanting to mess up my crop (but its my first so its all a learning process, i don't expect anything.)

Safe bet is to wait untill you have your 1st set of " True " Leaves.
Not the roundish ones you see 1st. Those will yellow and die thats NORMAL.
When you see that your True leaves are just starting to yellow... or around the 2nd week or so you can give them 1/4 strength nutes. Boost nute strength as they grow.

You can feed every watering if you use it at least 1/2 strength. I like to give pure water about every 3rd watering, but every time things change a little.

Give your self and your plants Time, and don't go over board trying to futz with it.
They will tell you when and how much if you look and listen and learn.
