something sucking the life out of my leaves :(

there are white speckles over most of the leaves and there are small light green bugs stuck to the underside of the leaves.
they are sucking the green out of them and the leaves are dieing off.

im sure some of you have had this problem, so id like to know how to kill the little ****ers
i dont want to be buying any fancy pesticides, will washing up liquid (soap) kill them? ive got a pesticide that i use on house plants, would that work ?

where would i find that in england?

i looked in the plant trouble thread and couldnt find a picture of what these bugs look like, theyre more longer than they are wide.
looks like i will have to borrow a camera to take some pictures

noo way smaller, like the size of an aphids leg. i will get a photo tomorrow.

this is the neem oil I found at the home depot.



does the trick pretty well with getting ride of alot of those little pests. 2 seperate aplications of that should have them gone.

adn as soon as it touched them, they stopped moving
