Thanks doc!

well Jimmy, of 3 pheno, 2 lean to DC.. they're like higher yeilding DCs with perhaps a tiny touch of citrius in them.. I don't really know, I gotta do more sampling, as now they smell straight DC to me, and when trimming/in flower is where I got the touch of citrius.. I'll do more reporting on these phenos over the next few days, to be honest, i have been helplessly reachin' for the #2 pheno..

The other #2 plant had a much stronger Bubba smell, u could tell in flower, and a much dif bud structure than the other plants.. It does make nugs but I did get a suprisingly whole cola on it, which suggest that there are probly phenos even closer to the traditional Bubba.. It may not be an exact replica of katsu's Bubba cut, but a bag of dried nugz of this #2 plant would pass as Bubba, jus by the caylx shape/colour and smell.. they may not think it was the very best bubba they've had, but bubba none the less..

On another note.. for those interested..

I'll probly be releasing some of these pretty soon.. I don't have many as I gave away about 1/2 or more of the stock, but I'm gonna make more very soon as long as they keep performing well in other gardens..

Me and Bub are both stretched to the limit fundwise honestly, and we need to reinvest in the HTC breeder packaging and get HTC running well again. And provide for our families..

It's been tough waiting for testing before release becaue we know they'd sell, but me and Bub wouldn't have it any other way.. I'd rather quit breeding (only really seedmaking so far) and work a shitty paying 9-5 than release untesed work..

So we may see some of these up on seedbay soon.. maybe 5 auctions (as a 'help HTC get back on our feet' auction) then everything after will be BIN or @ seeboo with fixed prices based on HTC's old pricing structure.. If we do do the auctions, there will be alot more than jus 1 pack of Bubba Chunk, i will send mucho freebies in for those who participate, we'll setup something good and worth while.. if it's done.. still don't know if I feel right about it..

It's still an idea as far as the auctions go.. But the 1200ish in charity I raised for Bub months ago is still up in the air.. alot of the so called charity auctions didn't go so well.. and alot of beans were donated and lost by many..

The next release will be Chunky Cheese most likely, aslong as they perform, i have 5 fems 1/2 way thru flower.. and lots of others testing them aswell.. It's my favorite looking hybrid so far as the cheese is so dominant.. but i'm gettin' off topic..

Heya Bean! I have a few of your seeds now in Veg, going 12/12 this coming Wednesday. Let's see what delicious things of your we have in our garden, shall we?

Bubbachunk and ChunkyCheese for starters. I will post pics after I sex the beauties and find those ladies I read about so much.

I'm excited to grow these babies out!

Hey Bean, those are really looking awesome. I can't help but notice the calyx on #3 look very bubba-esque as well.

My friend and I have DC x Urkle outside in some Norcal sun. So far 13 of the 15 @ 12" are looking very much like DC. Should be a fun summer.

Also, a frend has just sprouted tester's of a buddy's PI x DC.
Prolly not gonna win any yield awards though.

Thanks again TH for the opportunity to work with DC.

Cheers

thanks folks.. I'm working it out with DG now to send some into Seedbay..

BIN for tested poly-hybrids will be 49.99 once we're up and running, but that may take a lil bit.. there may be a few auction type listings just to help raise some funds for HTC.. not many tho, just enough to kickstart HTC.. If we do the auctions there will be other stuff included to make it worth peep's whiles.. still don't know how i feel about the auction thing, so we'll see.. BINs at 49.99 for the tested poly hybrids for sure tho.. So that would include Sour Chunk aswell..

true F1s will be a little more at HTC's old F1 price, which i will have to dbl check on to quote exactly.. Chunky Cheese would fit in the true F1 category with Powerhouse..

thanks again for the interest and compliments, i hope that answers some questions.. I still need to get the beans into Seedbay..

Good god damn...is there enough to go around? I hope these don't just show up and disappear before I can afford a pack. Ahh it sucks being poor! How long till they are available? Hopefully I can get the money up in time, I would really like to get my hands on a strain of this caliber.

Nice work beancounter!

i second that whole-heartedly :) last year we only made a few seeds to preserve the line, but this year we germinated all of them and plan on making a few thousand more. DC for all!

DC is mite resistant too....which rocks :)

well, it seems like there are some nanners showing up for some growers, so I'm gonna have to put this one on hold..

I'm not sure if it's from the Bubba or DC side of things, but I'd have to guess Bubba as I've not seen any nanners on any of the other DC crosses..

Altho I have never had Katsu's Bubba thro any nanners before, I have heard of many reports of other bubbas getting some nanners here and there..

I'm suprised to hear there are some issues, as I got none, and I really do treat my plants like shit..

So, unfortunately, until these have been grown out by more and more people (there's at least 20-30 people who have some or more), I'm gonna have to put them on hold..

I'll update with any other info from the test grows, and I do apreciate all the interest so far.. I just wanna be sure I'm releasing something worthy of the HTC name..
