[Closet Funk]

Strain: Somango x Lavender

Breeder: Soma (?) crossed by another grower

Appearence: Medium green, medium frost, orange hairs (6/10)

Smell: Strong skunk, pugenent fruit (9/10)

Taste: Strong pine taste, very green, fruity (8/10)

High: Awesome day smoke, uppy and energetic high, talkative, and good for music (9/10)

Overall: I kept this plant for over 8 monts before I flowered her. The finished product was very nice. Not a great yielding plant but strong pugnent nugs with a great taste and high. This is a nice cross of two of Soma's strains. (8/10)

Glad to hear your report. I never even thought that they may have a pine flavor which is something I have been after. The ones I have were done by Sakabura. He also made RockBud x Lavender which I also have and will probably sprout in a couple of weeks. Did you get any purple or red from yours?

[Closet Funk]

This was a nice cross. I had more of a Somango pheno. The leaves had some red and yellow just like Somango. I grew her with 100% organics so the colors came out nice. The growth was alittle stretchy but overall had a nice indica appearence. The leafs were dark green and wide. She gave off a strong skunk smell in veg, even as a small plant. I knew she would be stinky in flower. I'd say besides Strawberry D she was one of the funkiest I grew out this winter. This was more of a sample of this strain. I think I'll be keeping her around. I still got a few beans left so it's time to make some seeds on next run.
