why not just use jiffy pots? i used them this year and i set half my plants out this week with no shock at all. i have already noticed growth on my plants since i went back today to finish up a few things and looked them over. usally it would take a few days for my plants to adjust but since no roots got disturbed at all this year they seem happier then ever. gl

It seems like a waste but could be helpful I guess to a newbie. I would suggest soil blocks to avoid shock myself
