Solar Hits?

Anybody ever use there magnifying glass to smoke a bowl?
i had tried it in the past. but for the last week ive been smoking nothing but bowls with the power of the sun. they taste great. no butane. anybody else tried it? if not i suggest it.

I used to do it all the time, but since I've been growing I can't afford to have it smell like weed smoke outside my house.

they have pipes with magnifyer attached, i think i saw the in hightimes a good while back. and ya it works.

I always have my trusty glass lens with me when it's sunny, I go back to university on thursday and it's going to be beer gardens and solar hits for at least the first 10 days I am allergic to smoke and find that using the sun is alot easier on my lungs too and nothing beats the taste! Overall, my favorite way to smoke, hands down. For a real treat, use your glass to light a joint.

Tastes much better than any other way. No nasty by-products from lighter or whatever. With a clean bowl even better.

Solar hits are great, that and glass rod hits are the best.

I tried doing this with a jewelers loupe (sp?) and it didn't work. So I should just go get a magnifying glass, nothing special huh?

solar hits are great... except at nite lol. but a good alternative is wand hits. i dont know if you guys have seen these but they are glass wands that you can heat up with a torch lighter or torch and then you gently roll the rod over the weed. smoothes hits ever. seriously more flavor and as smooth as a vape. well my bong had an ash catcher and an extra chamber so that may have helped also but definate improvement in taste flavor and smoothness with the wand.

Ok folks, if you really want to take a solar you're gonna need something better than the cheap mag. Go find a 'Magna Page', its an 8.5" x 11" 'page' that just torches the bowl. Nothing like icing up the bong and taking some good solars.

Am I the only one reading this post saying....what a bunch a f***ing tards smokin a bowl with a magnafying glass?I mean come on fellas,get a lighter!!!I dont need to hear the health benefits of smoking with a magnifying glass either,if your that fricken health conscious you wouldnt be smokin,period!
sounds like the shit we used to do in 6th grade behind the bleachers!!
thats just me tho,go hide in a field and torch your bowl with a mag for all I care,its gonna be winter soon,all you cats can use pieces of lake ice and light your bowl,so healthy!!!LOL
