Soilless troubles.

Never grew with soilless before. Sunshine mix 2 has no nutrients in it. Feel like they are overwatered, seems to take a long time to dry out. Hasn't been watered in 7 days. Should this stuff dry out completely ot does the peat retain the moisture longer?

Number 2 failed attempt at an fim. These are jack herer auto from crop king. Originally had in soil. They sprouted and stopped growing, switched to the sunshine mix, maybe should have added more perlite

It can take a long time to dry, so maybe put a fan over it, and try to use small pots, and transplant it when working with soilless...

Yeah next time go with a smaller pot, even a dixie cup until they are about twice the height of the cup and the roots at least decently colonizing the medium, then pot up to about a one gallon.

Yes the perlite idea is spot on especially if you are feeding in the solution and want higher yield.
