soil/water ph issues

Hi Folks , If my water is 6.5 and the run off after watering is 7.0 should i be lowering the water ph so the run off comes out at 6.5 ? thanks in advance for any help

No water is fine you should add a bit more organic food matter to the soil to lower the PH.
