soil ph

im using bio bizz all mix soil at the moment. on the bag it says ph between 6.2-6.5. ive just filled some small pots ready for some seeds and watered the soil with slight run off and the run off is 6.2 what seems a little low. i guess after a short while it should go up to 6.5. before i was using plagron royalty mix and the ph on that bag said between 6.5-7.0 what seemed slightly too high. when i was using the plagron soil my run off seemed to be roughly 7 but the end results from the grows were good.
anyone have any input into the above soils ph ? or anyone uk/dutch use either of the 2?

noone? think im going to go back to plagron soil as not 100% happy with the bio bizz. just ordered some ******s ph buffer tablets for my next grow. havent used any this grow as forgot to order some. have had really good results with these before

I don't know yr soils. make my own. be careful if you up pH with Dolomite.

to raise pH by ONE point the correct amount is 1 to 1.5 grammes per litre of soil. so yr going to need only a little bit sprinkled on top of yr pot and then water in.

but seems to me yr pretty close to right ... yr soil might get more acid later due to nutrient applications ...
