Soil mix question

I was planning to use this mix for an outdoor grow. Should you use bone meal in the mix considering they are going to veg in this soil for like three months before they even flower? Will they only use the P as they need it, or will they use it all up before they even flower?

1 Bale sunshine mix #2 or promix (3.8 cu ft)
8 cups Bone Meal - phosphorus source
4 cups Blood Meal - nitrogen source
1 1/3 cups Epsom salts - magnesium source
3-4 cups dolmite lime -calcium source & pH buffering
1 tsp fritted trace elements
4 cups kelp meal.
9kg (25 lbs) bag pure worm castings

headees-
Using bone meal outdoors can be a problem. Dogs and other creatures tend to find it and try to dig it up. If that's not a problem, you'll be fine. You're correct in that the plants will only use what they need. The bone meal will become more and more available the longer it sits in the soil mix. You don't need the trace elements if you use kelp meal. And if the dolomite is powdered, you won't need epsom.
