soil for kiss question

i plan on using maxibloom from rooted clone to flush and was wondering if this soil would be adiquit.
Seed mix #3: Standard soilless seed starting mix

50 to 75 percent sphagnum peat moss
25 to 50 percent vermiculite
5 lbs. of ground limestone per cubic yard of mix

with the lime do i need to adjust ph or just mix and water?

I just started to use maxi and i can tell you that ph is perfect with just tap water and maxi 5.8ph. Tap water is 7.9 by itself. So far so good. I use ffof, ffhf, wc, coir and perlite. Give it a good mix. been great so far. Loose and fluffy good drainage. No lime needed in this mix.
