Hi all I am thinking ahead to my next grow and am thinking of doing the sea of green method and I have never tried it before but was just wondering how many plants I can fit in a 11x 8 foot room and what sort of yeild I can expect ? Any help would be much appreciated thanks all

Nute brand doesn't really matter. A 1kw hps can get 24 zips in a 4'x4' area pretty ez. How many trees it takes depends how big they are. Just fill the footprint.
