Soft Water w/Nutrients reading 0.4 EC/250 PPM

So, I'm using Dutch Pro and according to their feeding chart:

For 60L of water, I'm supposed to be using:

90ml Bloom A
90ml Bloom B
60ml Multi-Total
60ml Explode (Week 5)
6ml Keep it Clean

Now, I'm using reverse osmosis, so I have soft water and the PPM is around 50.

However, after adding all these nutes the PPM rises to around 250 and about 0.4 EC.

According to the chart, my EC is supposed to be 2.3!

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks!

EDIT:

Just tried using the soft water nutrients in hard water.

Starting PPM 500 / EC 1.0

After nutrients PPM 750 / EC 1.5

So, it looks like it adds 250 PPM.

Is that right?

Yeah something isn't adding up. Your PPM values are derived from your EC value (based on a conversion factor).

You should double or triple check all your values to make sure there wasn't a simple math error.
