what differentiates this from the seed line?

since posting this i have learnt that it has been around (in clone form?) in the southern cali area at least for longer than the seeds have been out.. are the seeds that are sold commercially possibly a relative of this? I can't remember who sells them, and really don't feel like looking as i am not buying them any time soon anyway.
