So Quick is full of sh**!!!!

Don't you guys found that So Quick is always posting superb pics with gigantic buds and perfect setups... that he just makes it look soo easy to grow massive flowers in his pretentious "bucket system"... and all these guinness-records crops without any veg time...

Let me tell you the truth...
THAT BUCKET SYSTEM FREAKIN' WORKS LIKE HELL!!!!

I got you guys, right! This was just a little So quick's type of thread starter, haha!

Ok, let's be serious... I started working with the buckets system a while ago, say 4 years, inspired by SQ superb threads over OG at the time....

After a few trials and lack of space/funds, I had to give up growing hydro for 2 years... A few months ago, I had the opportunity to design a brand-new hydroponic setup for some friends... and well, here we are now a few months later...





There are four different clones in there:
-William's Wonder vintage clone
-BCGA #4 (AE77 Calio X Blueberry)
-BCGA #1 (maybe Romulan x Blueberry)
-BCGA #6 (maybe Space Queen C99xRomulan)

Even tough this was the firt run, a few mistakes and a harsh start (overwatering for the first week) these girls did IMHO incredibly well, props to the SQ setup and new ideas!

I will show more of each strain in the next posts... so stay tuned!

Here are a few shots of my favorite production clone, William's Wonder. It has been said that this one is the original from 1987 done by the legendary SSSC. It came from a very very respected breeder in the community, it's not a cheap knockoff...

Anyway, just after growing it a few times, you know you got one hell of a plant there. Super stocky, stout plants, single baseball bats, low odor, very dense, explosive flowering, a true wonder for sure!

These were vegged hardly 4 days, in difficult conditions, flowered at 5 inches and wow...


Plants were 20-24 inches, colas starting at an inch for hydroton... solid.





This is a 1.5 liter water bottle for comparison sakes!

The structure is an SOG growers dream!!! less than a half-square foot space!

So Quick: Holy crap, man! you were fast, I posted at 1142 and you showed up at 1145, haha! Well, sorry for the lack of details, I was riding on a mountain of trichomes this morning, like this...



Yeah, I'm using hydroton (the big one, not medium size) with special netpots for it, I recommend to those who can find it to use them... no restriction for the roots at all...
BTW, I'm using GH powder formulas Maxi-gro-Bloom, super simple and efficient! I'm adding Kabloom super-phosphate at week 5, diamond nectar in the res every week, weekly foliar feeding with Floralicious additive...

And yeah, for the density, you are absolutely right, guess how many little bitches Pro is gonna squeeze there next time? at least 100, maybe 120, we'll see, still some work to do...

Botanygreen: I knew as was overwatering cuz the little ladies were not kickin enough, I know this system enough to see something was wrong... so I switched the feeding cycle from 30 minutes 30 sec, to 50 min-30 sec... within a day or two, they exploded! But every room is different as every plant is different, so it's all a matter of observation!
And hydroton is amazing as I said earlier, ask for the big one!

Here is a last note on the others in there, BCGA #6 and BCGA#1.

The BCGA #1 is, to what we can see, a blueberry dominant cross, very nice yielder but a little too long to finish (65 days +)...





Finally, the #6, most probably a C99 Genius pheno cross, super frosty, 55 days flo, lemon pledge smell, low yield...
