I had to switch doctors because mmec doesn't do exemptions for anyone apparently. After telling my new doc about how i felt the current sb420 cultivation limitations are unreasonable and in no way would provide me with sufficient medication he gave me two rec's. One is the normal rec an the other is a rec that reads this
" MR. xxxxx may be exempt from the usual sb420 limitations for the amount of medical cannabis grown or possessed in order to obtain and prepare a sufficient amount of medicine etc".. it then says "the patient has been advised to consult with legal counsel regarding the specific number of plants to be grown and amount of cannabis to be possessed and transported."
My question is do I have to seek legal counsel for a plant limit to make my exemption any more valid. I dont plan on growing anywhere near 99.
