Snail attack, stalk is hair-thin!

3 days ago, i discovered a tiny slimy snail,feasting on my 6days old Jack47 xl auto. As she is growing just fine ( 3days ! ) i´ll keep her,and see what will happen…

What do you guys think?

That should work fine until the stem turns into wood in a couple of weeks. Keep us posted.
