S'more leaf diagnosis

these are some clones i rooted im pretty sure these leaves are showing lack of nutes because when i put them in pots i only fed them tap water for a week i have pretty hard water at around 440ppm and a 10 gallon res so i dilute my tap water with half RO/distilled shit u get at wal mart brings it to about 220 then i mixed a hard water lucas formula (using gh hardwater) that brought the ppms up to about 550 and the other 150 came from ph down i suppose. anyways heres some pictures

.Pfeew you have some f'ked up tap water wazedash, but I don't see a question in your post, anyway...
Has the condition improved since you began feeding ?
And, why are you needing to add pH down to that mix ?
E&F system I assume and not flooding very often as those growrocks look bone dry

why would i not have to add ph down? after i mix that shit up the ph sits ~ 6.7 no bueno right? what is weird to me is that ive added nutes almost 3 days ago (that is also the day i transplanted from red plastic cups into the 5.5s) the roots looked sexy and healthy on each plant but none of them have literally shown no new foilage and i think i got some nice climate control. im gonna upload some pics of my setup shortly. my question is that i was wanting someone to help me look at the leaves and just double checking that lacking of NPK is what they were showing..

also the top layer of all my hydroton always looks bone dry. its under high intensity light and the flood level is about an inch below the rocks
