Smoking multiple strains toghether

Around 7:30 tonight me and a buddy ground Purple Haze, Sour Diesel,and lambs bread, in pretty much the same amounts. i hit the bong hard, thick white milky smoke boiling in the water, i pulled the bowl and inhaled. smooth for a big hit. tasted floral with grape in there. some expansion, i could hold it with some difficulty for 5 seconds or more. the buzz was instantly in my head. the whole body followed. heavy legs. but i was amped up eyes pulled wide open. this lasted for a good 40 minutes then i was just relaxed and a bit tired.
Have many of you tried this. my friend said that it was the best high he has had in years. it's just something fun to try.

i personally looove mixing with other's stuff as long as it isn't too bad and its something different. i seem to get at least twice as ripped when combining a couple decently good strains together and then hittin the trusty ol' molino

It's fun to mix an indica and a sativa in a bowl... get really super ripped.

stonpony and some of the fellas from juan moore seed company mentioned once that they often mix two strains in varying amounts and if its an enjoyable high they get from the combination of the two, they continue on and try to replicate that high through breeding the two strains.

Imagine if someone took a sativa and an indica and bred them and made a 50/50 plant..........woooooh crazy thoughts..................

Always been curious about this. Tobaccos are blended, coffees are blended, herbs are blended (the ones you cook with), so why not you-know-what?

Seems it would be easier to make a blend than go to all the trouble of breeding the blend, and it would be a lot easier to fine-tune the result.

yea we always called them "Salad Bowls" and i love them.....

say you have a strain that tastes awesome, but doesn't get you quite as high as another strain that gets you very high but doesn't taste particularly good to you.....perfect opportunity for a salad bowl.....

Also, i've found that blending the herbs will help out the burning process.....

Later that nigh i mixed another Salad with OG x Master Kush,OG X bubba kush and HIP Kush. wow what a stone. my wife passed out from it. very very heavy in the body with some heavy eyelids. Today i think i will mix Pineapple Diesel, Purple haze and lavender star.

Nice thread. We call mixing strains in a bowl "Combo Bowls". One time we tried 13 different strains mixed into one snapper. My favorite so far has to be smoking a combo bowl of OGk and SourD with some kind of concentrate on top(preferably earwax). try it some time.

where you getting all the purple haze?? i thought it was extinct?

Islandherbs: i bought an 1/8 th of purple haze at the hortipharm in santa barbara. lots of purple in it, but i don't know for sure that it was purple haze.

You do not need to hold the smoke in your lungs that long.

Afaik, Purple Haze was never a strain, it has been used for a variety of strains due to its legendary status

I've mix'd up ppp,nlxshiva,god bud,bagweed(grown) .. wow when mixed right knocks you out faster and last longer.
