Man, the flu is an illness that affects your respiratory system in a big-ass way. Any stress you put on your lungs will potentially make your flu much worse....ain't NOBODY wants to make the flu worse.

I smoke when I am sick sometimes, it usually doesn't make things any worse, maybe slightly better. listen to your body, if you feel like it, do it.

if you have an upset stomach then light up because it will help, otherwise id try not to smoke.

If I have the stomach flu and no coughing I will blaze all day long. Nothing but relief in this case, THC is a great nausea suppressor...

If I have a cold or something that makes me cough, I will quit cigarettes and usually don't smoke weed either. Smoking anything is no good when your sick and coughing, it'll only increase the duration of your coughing.

I was bit by a tick and I got flu like symptoms *I also got antibiotics for lyme disease* and I smoked and man did I feel much better! I was getting killer head pains and nausea. But than again I didn't really have flu so I don't know what to suggest.

But try to bake it, like Hal said, don't mess up your respiratory system more.
