Smoke Report: Blue Streak (7 day cure)

Strain: Blue Streak

Breeder: MDanzig

Harvest: 56 days from seed (cola)

Pheno #1 (Kush Pheno):

Appearence (7/10)-golden green, frosty, pink pistols (dry)

Smell (7/10)-fruity and mild skunky (dry)

Taste (5/10)- The taste is ok, I was expecting alittle berry to it but none at all with this pheno. It does have a unique rich taste though that I would imagine is leaning towards more the kush part of it's genetics. Decent smoke. I'm sure with a little longer cure it will taste alittle better.

High (7/10)- The high is decent. I noticed if you just take a few puffs it gives kind of a slight head high, but if you keep puffing the head turns into a body high. The high makes me creative but lazy. It's good for listening to music and making mixes. Movies are laid back too. I also noticed that it will leave you in a daze for the rest of the day after you smoke it. Once the high fades you still feel it the rest of the day.

Overall (6.5/10)- This is some decent smoke. Not the best shit but it will do for sure. The yields are pretty skimpy but I'm sure they would do better under 24 hours of light or more direct sunlight. I had them in the weeds and they only got a few hours of direct sunlight. I can't complain though. It's nice to have some kind again in my jar and to be smoking again.

nice man, any pics? 56 days seems pretty quick for those from seed! lowryder definately isn't the dankest pot but it sure is nice to hold one over. this year, we were puffing the homegrown again by the last week of june. sure beats waiting until the fall!

That's what I thought too but the trichs don't lie. I had cloudy and amber trichs when I harvested the cola. I still left a few buds on to ripen up. My first plant has 2 buds left that are seeded and my other still has 4 buds left on it.

yeah, the trich method always seems to be dead-on for me. i've been suprised many times by plants. : )

My two plants didn't really have too much Blueberry influence. Mine were more on the Kush side of things. The second pheno I will be doing soon. It has a better taste but still not much blueberry showing, at least in the taste. I'm sure there are some nice blueberry phenos though. I made some seeds with a possible blueberry dominant male. He had purple stems while the rest of the plants had green stems. I guess I'll see when I grow them out.

Also this was a test grow and this strain is not out yet or 100% autoflower but all of mine autoflowered. The seeds I made will be 100% autoflower I'm sure.
