Smoke N Sleep

I smoke a lot before bed because it helps me fall asleep. Lately I have been having my left eye twitch and I get the vertigo feeling a lot while walking *dizzyness* I have only recently gotten this when increasing my smoking, anyone else get like this when they smoke n sleep?

More than likely has something to do with your BP. Probably no biggie seeing as how you say it's presented itself with the herb, but keep an eye on it anyway, not something you want going haywire in the bod.

I had a dizzy spell a few weeks ago, felt real odd for some of the day. Don' t know why it went away, but I am glad.

once i got really high,and my eye starting darting lik crazy,back and forth for like 30 sec's.scary shit when your high,my eye was moveing REALLY fast,very odd

The only thing I've noticed with smoking and sleeping is that even after a full night's sleep, if I have smoked right before bedtime, I don't get as refreshing a sleep as I would had I not smoked right before bedtime. This happens even with as much sleep as I want.

i hear ya marx, i hate having to get up and go to work the morning after blazing alot with freinds, I fall asleep much easier but never as good a sleep.

Somehow I cant sleep right after smoking because I feel my heart pumping.
But after a nice evening with a lot of smoke and some beers I can sleep perfectly.

It is something you should not get used to because you cant sleep anymore if you try to stop smoking weed.
