i am not sure what they are but they jump a lot can any one help?thanks
 
I think a more clear question may help, I assume you have white bugs on your plants. There are many organic pesticides, some that are not.

my bad.no they are in the soil right now and none on the plant yet.

normally a pyrethrum based product will kill most of'm...but to hit them hard you gotte combine that with some neem oil.....or insectisoap .....you might not get them all but you shure as hell will dent there population....to get'm all you need more drastic measures!

ohw and there will be people that say they are beneficial.....but thats total BS ime
they cause ph swings and uptake problems....atleast thats my pov
