I've made cannabutter to great success. But I'm watching my cholesterol now days and am wondering if this smart balance light would work. It's main ingredients are plam fruit, soy bean, canola and olive oil. Thought I'd run this by y'll before trying. Thanks. Hank :joint:

firstly, don't eat the light stuff. If anything eat less of the original. If you are eating so much of it that it's a significant source of calories then you are eating way too much of it to begin with, and learning to use less will help you much more long term than switching to the light. Now that that is out of the way.

The regular smart balance stuff works, I prefer to use butter but it works. If you are not using butter for it, I would say that olive oil would be a decent choice too. Little garlic and dip some nice crusty bread into it, yummy.

I am on a heart healthy, low cholesteral diet, but I take meds to help keep my bad chol down. I make green milk, and also just started making olive oil. both of these are better for me than butter, which is a pain in the ass to make anyway. It should work though.
