small pheno hunt questions. 1-2gal smart pots?

hey guys. im looking at doing a small pheno hunt and i was wondering if any one has flowered in 1-2gal smart pots. im limited on space and want to get as many seeds out as possible. my plan is to be sprouting them in little plastic seed trays. then growing them in solo cups or something similar. then i plant to plant in the 1-2 gal and start flower within 2 days. i will take cuts of each plant first of course. has anyone done anything similar?

Yeah, I've grown multiple flowering plants in the same 1 gallon container.

They were flowered straight from seed though. It is useful for pheno hunting like you have planned.

Whenever I do a designated seed run, it is always in one gallon bags. My current seed run is in 2 gallon bags, cut down just over a gallon. I figure even at the plant's smallest size I am still getting 200-500 seeds per plant (fully pollinated from day one). Why waste the space? Look at my pics, I have been putting tropical plants in one gallon pots for breeding. End result isn't a pretty plant...but a whole bunch seeds
