Small guerilla grow

Hey fellas.

There are a few hastily-planned outdoor guerilla grows nearby...
Now these plants were all orphaned from an indoor space, and put outside rather late... late June, some others in july

Soil:
Planted outside in organic soil mix.. Nothing ideal, but at this point someone was desperate to find a home for these, and preferably not have to buy anything...
Peat, some coco, dolo lime, chunky DE and Perlite, homemade compost, including some from the worm pile; some Dr earth planting mix w/ bennies/myco, and amended with espoma 4-3-3 starter fert w mycos.. had only a week to cook.

About 15-20 gallons per plant... including a few shovels of native soil mixed in to each hole.

Feed:
Amazing growth until some leaf yellowing in mid august..assume the lightly amended mix is fading, and started to feed roughly 500-600ppm of maxigro/bloom mix once a week.. yellowing gone!
Compost tea or organic feeds could be great, but I'm all out of composts and resources (i.e., MONEY) for the year.. maxi it is.

Also once a week, they get molasses/jaggery.

Also foliar sprayed with triacontanol/methanol/calcium spray several times since june. Two plants didn't get this and are way smaller.
Now I no longer spray, and have put 1ppm TRIA in the feed water.

These pics are from the beginning of September.

Pic2 C99 cola.

Pic 4: BBxHB buds... this was the last out put out.

It's been getting cold at night... I've cut watering down quite a bit since the dog days. Still giving them nutes 1x a week... lower N now.

I'm fully prepared to erect a small greenhouse if the frost comes, but I can't save them all.

Any tips tricks or advice for the final 2-4 weeks? (I believe the c99s will be ready early oct.., the chems around mid, and the bb, who knows..)
