Small 2 tier tent for micro grow?

Would this tent work for a micro perpetual grow? Have 2-3 plants always in flower, and the clones, baby veg plants at bottom?

Looks like that's what it was designed for. Should be possible to use it that way. Maybe a 250 hps up top.

What about a LED? Was thinking 600w LED in grow area, and a 180watt round LED for sprouting/veg area? Will the veg plants not get too big by the time my others plants are done flowering?

I can't help with LEDs, I don't know much about them in application....yet.

The large section is 60 cm by 60 cm (2 x 2 ft) and the small section is 30 cm by 60 cm (1 x 2 ft). The height on the bottom of the small section is 60 cm (2 ft) and the top is 75 cm (30 inches).

Its a tough decision...Which would yield more? Im thinking the taller one, however the clone area looks really small. At most 4 plants in bottom/4 at top. Would a DWC setup even work for something this small? Can I keep the mother plant small enough for the clone area on the tall tent?
