Slow Growth

My plants are growing really slow. I can't really find any answer for this slow growth. The seeds sprouted around march 10th to april 1st.

I remember my first grow last year. The plant was much much healthier and bigger than the plants right now. I don't think the soil is a problem. I used same leftover mix from last year.

At first, the seedling under 80 watts of compact fluorescent(daylight and warm white mixed). Then 2 weeks ago, I added another daylight to make it 120 watts.

Oh and some of the plants have nute burns(I think). It got burnt 2 weeks ago, I was using foxfarm BIG BLOOM. Also, the stems are red/purplish..

Perhaps it's Phosphorus or Nitrogen deficient?

Note: Check my gallery to see pictures of it

When you say 'leftover mix', do you mean re-used, or simply from the same bag, and what sort of soil mix is it?
You're using BigBloom in veg. Is there a reason you chose that? You really need a higher NITROGEN fert early on, and save the high PHOSPHOROUS for flowering. Trying to keep up with the N needs of a young plant using a bloom fert is guaranteed to lead to applying too much P.
Another question is what your ambient temperatures (day and night) are. Do they ever drop low?
Have you checked the pH of your soil runoff?

EDIT: Just checked your gallery. It's too early to be using any fertilizer. Wait until 4-5 nodes, then start weak and work up. You'll want to give a heavy watering to the point of significant runoff right away to avoid further stunting and burning the tender seedlings.

Leftover mix as in from the same bag. Just regular potting pot soil mix with perlites.

I was reading somewhere, someone said you don't need GROW BIG foxfarm, just BIG BLOOM and TIGER. I dunno? :bashhead: it's kinda small for month old plant.

The temp stays around 77 to 84. At daylight, it's usually around 79-82, and night time can be anywhere 77 to 80.

I don't know my PH. I just bought PH soil tester on ebay.

Same thing happened to me, first grow went fine just like most every other plant I have ever grown, second grow was ok, 3rd sucked, 4th didn't finish, and now my plants either die at seed/clone stage or grow slow as shit. I am sure my culprit is mold, I've made really good conditions for mold attempting to make good conditions for my plants.

plant not liking high humidity, probley is to hot keep temp at 78 dont water tell plant is light in container

if storing soil it must be coverd to prevent rain from doing all sorts of interesting things to it, dont leave a bag of soil in the rain, put your soil in rubbmermade containers if you have to(empty bag into container)

fox farms i have heard is a hot mix

u are using same gentic's?

high humidity? Hmm...I was told plants love high humidity. Oh well, my humidity is kinda unstable. It stays at 20% and goes anywhere 30%-40% when I water it.

Meh, I don't know if it's same genetic but it's sativa for sure.

Also, the first plants grew under sun, not 120 watts compact. Maybe that has to do with slow growth compares to my first grow?

The plant that shows in your gallery looks hungry, not nute burn. It is a nitrogen deficiency; so as long as your pH is fine I Would water with some nitrogen.

DO you have any nitrogen veg based ferts?

Just nitrogen? Hmm, 1 parts of my piss and 10 parts water mixed? :D

How often should I water it? The potting pot is small(twice less than 16 oz cups).

Ok, one of my plant is dying.

The root system look very poor to me(As my picture showed in gallery). So, I switched it to slightly bigger pot with new soils.

One thing I noticed about my soil, it's very very light. I just watered it night before. It's not even moist...it's VERY dry.

I added couple more pictures in my gallery.
