I’ve heard that Sam released his secret dry sift tech on Hashchurch a few weeks back and it turns out it was just static sifting with a hand, like many are doing nowadays. I’ve tried looking through the most recent episodes, even the static sifting one, but can’t find the part where Sam is taking about it. Have you watched it? Try the dry ice extraction using a reciprocating saw with a # food can bolted on and using a 220 mesh screen held on with a hose clamp. Get much better yeild and only takes 60 seconds.

Heavy duty 2 gal ziploc and toss it in the freezer, with the freezing cold and handling the bag and squishing a few times, pretty much knocks it all off then seive
