These are great for single dose edibles, like when you only have a half gram to an eighth to spare. They aren't the best brownie in the world but they get the job done with no hassle. No cleanup, and are cooked in the microwave. The entire thing is done in less than ten minutes. They are basically like the brownie you get in TV dinners, or your little sister might've made in an EZ bake oven.
I use a paper bowl, and a plastic fork, but you can use a big ceramic coffee mug or whatever you have handy.
Use room temperature pre made "budder", or saute your herb in the vegetable oil first.
Half gram - 3 grams(1teaspoon-3tablespoons) finely chopped (like powder), de-stemmed, de-seeded herb.
2 Tbsp Vegetable oil
2 Tbsp Water
1/4 tsp. Vanilla extract
dash salt
2Tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder (or slightly less)
4Tbsp Granulated white sugar
4Tbsp Flour
Chopped walnuts (optional)
Directions
If not using "budder" simmer your herb in the oil over medium heat for a couple minutes. Make sure you still have 2tbsp oil afterwards though.
In a 12 oz coffee mug, or paper bowl, add water, oil and vanilla. Whisk well. Whisk all ingredients until thoroughly blended.
Add cocoa powder, whisk well.
Add sugar, whisk well.
Add flour, whisk well.
Sprinkle top with chopped walnuts
Microwave for 1-2 minutes. Center should be slightly molten. Wait several minutes for brownie to set.
Enjoy with a spoon. Careful brownie may still be hot.
Number of Servings: 1-2 depending on amount of grass used
