Think its intermittent. I've tried on phone, both on WiFi and data network, tablet on WiFi and desktop computer. I'm getting website timed out errors, other times it loads but some pics and parts of website have that broken pic symbol like error loading. Trying other websites, they come up instantly like usual...started out as weird now making me a little nervous. Gonna try resetting modem and PW.

So it works fine on my smartphone as long as I'm on 4g, but connected to wifi whether it be a tablet, phone or desktop computer isn't working or extremely slow and takes 5 min to load an incomplete page. Ive tried resetting the modem as well as still having issue

Here's some suggestions:

Try using the mobile of the version of the site. It's a bit faster.

Try a different browser. You haven't said which one(s) you use.

Try connecting your devices at another location (using different isp)

Try using a proxy. Or if you are using one, try not using it.

Let me know what helps.

It's possible your isp or some other along the line is trying to block icmag. But I doubt it.

Oh, and try not to have 25 windows open to icmag at once, as some ppl do.

Are you browsing using https?

Some browser setting may be keeping it from completely loading pages.

Some pages have tons of images that might take more time to load. These pages can be several megabytes, so your bandwidth is important factor in speed.

Did this slowdown happen suddenly?

Everything was slow and I have a new computer. I think it is updates by ISP (browser is Internet Explorer). In this suburb the ISP is increasing the speed of DSL lines. They claimed we wouldn't notice. LOL. everything seems back to normal after a few days.
