simple solution to turning off co2 when vent is on

Can anyone think of a simple way to turn off co2 equipment when fans come on. I have old temp/humidity controllers, would love to use one but do not enjoy wasting a ton of co2 (gen). I was wondering if there is some simple way to have like a normally open solenoid (but for power so not really considered a solenoid I guess) that would then turn off when power was supplied to the fans. It makes my head hurt trying to explain it, but I am sure there must be some consumer available thing that does approximately this.

How long are you venting for? The burner is going to compensate for lower CO2 anyway, shutting it off merely delays its start time, not the total run time.

it can be done with contactors or relays.
one N/C relay or contactor is powered on by same circuit as your fans. (fans circuit power the relay/contactor coil)
the relay/contactor contacts (outputs) will open the solenoid valve circuit (cut the power flow to the solenoid) when it is powered on by the fans circuit on the coil side.
this way you can also have a controller on the solenoid valve.

Honestly I really don't know yet, I guess it's going to mostly depend on the outdoor temps and the heat load of the room. I'm kind of guessing that this room is gonna run cold, so hopefully the fans won't be on too long.
