Hey guys. Well im gonna start my grow diary.
I'm going to build a DWC hydro system this week. I have to go to the local hydro store Thusrday to pick up some parts, nutes, hydroton, some rapid rooters for my clones and seeds, and maybe some rockwool to play around with. the other parts i can get at walmart and petsmart.
I'm not sure if i want a 4, 5, or 6 site box. (any suggestions?)
I'm getting enough parts to possible make another one without having to drive 2 hours to the hydro store to get them(basically the net cups because thats the only place i have found to get them).
Currently I am using 2 70w hps lights that i learned to make on this site!
I have 6 plants that are going into their 3rd day of flowering. I'm going to buy another 70w hps light as well so i can have 3 going. I have a large junction box that has screw down lid for a ballast, so what i may do is move stuff around and make it a 2 lamp ballast with plugs for each lamp.
I keep a fan on it and it stays very cool, so im not really worried about the heat issue with adding another ballast.
Sorry for the constant babbling im using this diary to help me remember things as well! lol Stoner!
I have a closest that im going to use for a veg chamber beneath the stairs, but i have to clean it out and hang some black and white poly. But for now im just flowering so i'm keeping my seedlings in another closet under a cfl.
here is where im gonna need the help. what are optimal ph and ppm levels of the nutes? I'm trying to read up about it, but searching through all the forums is time consuming. so if anyone can lend some advice I would greatly appreciate it.
I'll upload some pics soon, probably thursday nite after i build the setup.

I took clones 4 clones from the plants so i have 1 female clone and the others are males. so later tonite im gonna destroy all the males, btw the biggest of them is a hermie. I have some seeds that have been sprouting so im going to put them in buckets and start them out on some nutes. this is all 
!!!!!!! Man its a little depressing to find all these males! I have a full time job, and im trying to grow for myself, and have little time off and i have put a lot of work into the plants i had. But I will push on and get things going again tonite. oh and im gonna order some Green House seeds soon so i know i have some fems. Im gonna get the indica/sativa pack cuz i like both types of plants. Oh well!! Shit happens!! HAHAHAHAHA
