First time for Sigur Ros playing live with a 41 piece Orchestra at a much smaller venue then their usual gigs,,,,
This gig was opening night of a small tour in Europe and the US,,,,
One night in the U.K. ,,,
Two hour show with a 30min interlude after an hour,,,,
managed to snag a box overlooking the stage and only two of us in the box,,,
Fantastic performance with the orchestra adding another depth,,,,
Did some fan favourites that they hadn’t performed live for many years like “ Hoppipolla”,,
Untitled 3 being one of my many favourites they performed,,
Premiered songs from their first studio album in 10 years,,,,
Totally superb,,,,
